Hello!

Noticed that there seems to be teams from all over the place, but none from the flatlands of East Anglia!
We all need a bit of support and encouragement!

I`ve recently returned to SW after a break of about a year. I did get to target back in November 2011.
2012 was a bad year personally. Trying to put the bad times behind me and start again.
It`s now difficult for me to get to group so will be doing SW at home.

Hope I won`t be talking to myself for very long!
