hey im a nurse work all kinds of shifts, been on sw since beginning of dec and lost a stone. not easy with shift work
 
Hi..can I join the team! I joined slimming world on Wednesday. I do long days and nites boo! Mi think nites are worst because I never want a meal, just nibbles....not very sw friendly! X

I pack mugshots(syn free), count out my 28 pistachio nuts(6 syns), fruit that is cut already so only add yogurt(syn free), packets of small jammie dodgers that contains 4 biscuits at 1 syn each, highlight hot chocolat(2 syns), 2 meals that are syn free so I am full up and can have my 15 syns for snacks. I make sure it is great meals that I really like. Cook bacon, baked beans and boiled eggs, tinned mushrooms or tomatoes and yummy toast for breakfast.
 
I've got nites for the next 2 weeks so I'll follow your advice..that is if I can get to work as we have just had our first flurry of snow and in my town that usually means chaos! Best get my wellies out...have just been pulling my little one around on his sledge..I'm thinking it counts as decent exercise ;) xx

Hi girls, I'm a nurse and have just gone back after 16months maternity leave. Im working 3 long days a week and I'm finding it hard to adjust. I'm also sick of pasta for lunch, any lunch ideas would be appreciated. I'm off to weighin tonight and I'm so hoping I get my 2 stone award. It won't be an accurate loss though as I've had norovirus this week :(
 
hi louise how did your weigh in go? must be hard coming back after so much time off. i take a pre cooked jacket potato to heat up at work and experiment with different toppings x
 
im back on nights what is it about night shifts that make me u pick at food :/( get weighed tomorrow and had a great week up till now
 
hiya sparkles im on night 2 of 6, three of which are bank. need to stop picking at food that the other girls bring in
