If anyone want to send me how much theyve lost so far in 2013, so from 1st January and also set a target that would be fab so each week when you weigh-in these are the details i'll require

Thanks everyone am so pleased about it, hope you all have good results on the scales.
I wonder if I could join your group also - I started with 6.5 stones to lose, in Oct and have lost almost 2.5 stone already, but still 4 stone to go

HeyI'm pretty new to the whole site, but in all I'd like to lose about 8 stone, which sounds so much more now I've wrote it down....I've got interim targets I'd like to hit so I don't expect it all to be off by tomorrow...although I wouldn't complain if it did happen! I've currently lost 1st 12lbs, after having a 3lbs loss this morning
I'd like 3 st 7lbs off by graduation (providing I graduate!)
And I'd like 4st 7lbs off by the time I'm at a wedding in September!
November - 10lbs
December - 10lbs
January - 7lbs
February - 7lbs
March - 9.5lbs
April - 3lbs (Exam Month!)
May - 3lbs (Damn Exams!)
