    There's some really good SW recipes at slimming eats dot com (not sure if I can put links on here). I'm a driving instructor so sometimes have to eat in the car. Quiche is quite good, not hot but a bit more substantial than a fruit and easy to eat if you cut it up into little squares.

    Hi folks, stumbled across your thread here and was wondering if I could join you? I've got about 5 stones to lose (have managed to lose 1st 0.5lbs in the 3 weeks since I started) seems like such a long way off to reach target but determined to keep at it. I've got to target with SW before (about 9 years ago) but have put all the weight back on and then some, having kids etc all adds to that. My weigh day is a Friday so I'll up date then.

    Only half off this week, bit disappointed because it should be much much more for someone my weight! We've put into a 5 pound pledge at our SW group, so there's about 5 of us aiming to go for 5 pounds off next week! Definitely joining the gym and having 100% on plan week!! x

    Gahhhhh, I've been in hospital today, (dermatology, nothing serious!) and then to uni and just left I've been out for 13 hours and hardly eaten! Too much uni work to even think about food! Now I'm back in my flat Ive got to make tea but it's so late! I'll have to make something quick but I'm worried all of this (not eating a lot and eating late) will affect the scales!! And I'm only 1/2 lb from my 2st! And I really want it this week!!

    Good luck Hollie, sometimes life just gets in the way. As long as you get back into a routine when you can it shouldn't have too much of an effect. And Laura, Żlb is still a loss and they all add up. I know it doesn't seem a lot but the up side is that it's made you really determind for this week

    How's everyone else doing, how did you get on today Sunlightbub? I didn't get off to the best start at the weekend with a meal out Friday and just a bad day Sunday - didn't get my head into diet mode or have the right foods in till yesterday but I'm going to be virtuous from now on. Hopefully I'll still lose something by Friday.

    I often congratulate myself after just one day on plan isn't it funny! I've had today completely ono plan with only 8 syns but not eaten enough! Only had porridge with jam, then a jacket potato with beans and 2 meringue nests crushed with a muller greek yoghurt!
