It is nearly 8 Weeks to Easter so who would like to join me in a challenge?

Lets go for it the last three years i have forgone a easter egg because of my weight however to spur me on with this challenge i am going to buy an easter egg not a big one but one i like and have it on the kitchen window sill near the fridge so every time i go to snack i can see my reward and if i reach the 8lbs in eight weeks i can have it.

Well so far all wanting to lose 8lb good luck to all. An yes Miss VIX slow road to target weight but at least I am going the right way!!

slow and steady wins the race

I suppose but on tablets for headaches an don't know whether slow loss is due to them or just me, so taking it a week at a time an see how it goes. Doctor is monitoring it aswell so I can keep losing!! Upping my exercise this week see if it will make a difference

4pound a month is good your lost 8.5lb in less than that you should be proud by the end of feb you could of lost a pound , are you drinking enough water?

The first weigh in was a good amount probably as had eaten quite a bit of junk over xmas but then with 6 kids in the house at times it can be difficult. Have got my will power back now though and I'm getting married next year so will lose the weight even if it does mean half a pound a week lol. I have increased my water as wasn't drinking enough so will see how this week goes.
I notice you have giving up smoking as well congratulations

Thank you. iv put on a pound in a month so i decided stop smoking first as its harder give myself time to adjust slowly, then start drinking 3 litres water a day which iv done, now its lose weight and get exercising time!! it may be an unlucky year due to the 13 but its gonna be my lucky year

Ive had 500ml of water so far an also done a workout so starting this week well. NO this year WILL be good for us both need to think positive and say we WILL reach our goal weight!!
