    FEBRUARY EXERCISE MOTIVATOR

    For the past few months a few of us have used a monthly exercise thread where we record our exercise. I'm not great at exercising unless I have someone to do it with or a target to reach. This is Februarys exercise motivator where we can each log our exercise. You can also set a personal target if you wish. Any exercise, even 10 minutes, is better than nothing, and having the exercise motivator threads for October, November, December and January definitely upped my exercise.

    It can be any type of exercise you want. Some of you might cycle, swim or go to the gym or exercise classes. Or you could use wii or xbox exercise routines etc, walk the dog, jog or play sport, which could all be rolled into your exercise. Even energetic gardening or housework or playing outdoor games with your children could be included.

    You can be doing any diet, or none. This is just about the exercise we do.

    The reason for the thread is to keep us motivated, somewhere to record our exercise and see what others are doing. For people like me who are motivated and challenged by targets you can also set a target if you wish.

    Anyone can join, just copy the list to your post and add your name to the bottom.

    To keep the most recent participants, targets and updates, copy the most recent posted list to the end of your post and update any exercise you've done.

    Welcome back guys n hello 2 any newbies! This thread is such gr8 motivation!

    So I'm kickin Feb off with a reasonable start: 30mins walk on Fri, 1hr horse riding yesterday, then 50mins of Pregnancy Lean & Toned workout and 10mins of Prenatal Core workout 2day! I was a bit disappointed I didn't reach my target last month but I determined 2 make it this time - fingers x'd!

    4 hours zumba master class and party on friday, was brilliant I loved every minute and only sat down for about 3 songs lol then the after party the few of us that went and our instructor carried on dancing til they turned the lights on more or less

    Tonight I've got my usual zumba class then half an hours worth of walking cos I walk there and back

    Only managed 2 notch up 40mins 2day. Wat shud ave been a decent lunchtime walk turned in2 a 20min dash due 2 horrible weather - sleet n howling wind! lol! This evenin then I only had time 4 a 20mins Prenatal Pialtes session - still it all counts 2wards the target!
    Hopefully I'l do better 2moro, cos I'v already made a cottage pie 4 T so I shud ave plenty of time in the evenin!
