Thread: 100% for Lent

    100% for Lent

    So Wednesday 13th February is Ash Wednesday and so Lent begins. I'm not going to be giving up anything per se this year as that's not what slimming world is about, it's about being able to have a little of what you fancy in a controlled manner, curb cravings and still lose weight.

    So this year my aim is to stay on track with slimming world 100% sticking to plan until at least Easter Sunday (hopefully longer)!

    I've been a bit off colour recently with anaemia and before I knew what it was I suspected low blood sugar, so I haven't been on track for about 2 weeks now as I've been eating crap to try and improve how I was feeling lol but back to it now with a vengeance.
