Nutters corner....ScanBran cake addicts society

ooooh a new place lol... i really gotta get baking, i have every intent but never get round to it, dying to make a death by choc mmmmmmm not quite sure what i'd put in but was thinking maybe one of those new muller deserts... not sure if it would work as well as yog though and syns would be higher hmmm:hmm:xxxxx

You can get milk choc flavouring.....just been having a sniff and it smells like the real deal :)

You would have to add 5? Syns for the Muller dessert....but you could then add cocoa at 1 syn a tblsn to keep the syns down,you prob would only need to use 2?

Loving the idea of the Muller dessert.....this is your personal mission get some scan bran and knock us up a Lynne special ;) xxx

I ate both peices of mine today so will need to bake another in the morning... Can't decide what flavour though... Maybe carrot as I've not had one for a while.... What do you think? Xx
 
I keep hearing about scan bran, what is it? And if it makes cake then it must be good! x

Its a bit like ryvita type thing. You can get it from saw groups, Holland and Barrett shops or you can get it on Amazon too :). I can't stand the stuff (its like eating a cardboard box lol ) but make it into a cake and its amazing! X
