Slim in 6

Has anyone heard of Slim in 6?

It`s by Beachbody and the instructor is Debbie Siebers.
It`s advertised on tv like Insanity.

Don`t think I`m ready for Insanity!! I`ve sent away for Slim in 6 and although it`s arrived I haven`t started it yet!!

I've got this also. I have tried a couple of times to get into it. First time I tried it, I couldn't walk for 2 days afterwards, which really put me off. 2nd time I tried it, I also did the stretch routine after the 20 min workout, which really helped with the pain the next day. I should really start again, would help if I had a buddy doing it with me!

I did the slim in 6 last year and lost just over a stone. My thighs looked so petite and toned, slim in 6 is really good for toning your body up in the quickest amount of time. It's hard work but trust me in 6 weeks time you'll be glad you started it.
