    Lickthelid's mini scan bran challenge week!

    Ok so I decided to investigate scan bran. I bought enough for 8 days at holland and Barrett (everything buy one get one half price at the mo so that's a bonus)

    I have decided to use it as my HEXB for a week and another few miniminites have agreed to join in starting either today or Friday where we will then post results and see if the minimum of 2lbs a week loss rumour is true.

    Plus I thought it would be nice to share usage so I don't get stuck having it with philly light and ham EVERY day ;-)

    feel free to join us! Going from today or tomorrow post either your start weight and then loss or just loss at the end of next week

    I'll start.

    Me too! After having scan bran for breakfast and lunch yesterday I weighed 1lb less this morning. Coincidence or not I'm not sure but I'm going to thank the scan bran for it lol.

    I just put the toppings on. I mixed some tomato purée,garlic, chilli and oregano together spread onto the scan bran and topped with chopped mushrooms and 1/2 hea of reduced fat mozzarella baked until the cheese had melted. It was tasty and sooooo filling i haven't been hungry or snacked all afternoon, leaving me with 15 syns to have tonight

    Im in not saying anything concrete but after two days I took a sneaky scales peek (I'm a serial weigher btw) and SOMETHING is working and its a....star week I think we call it on here? Basically time of the month.

    That looks tasty. I've had mine crushed up in left over curry. I'm so full I'm hoping it will stop me from reaching towards the 4 boxes of m&s cake bites a patient has kindly given us.

    One of my fave brekkies is baked beans, onion and peppers on toast. So today I swapped the toast for scan bran 'buttered' with Philly light. The bean juice soaked in to soften the scan bran and it was actually quite yummy and very filling!

    Sounds like a yummy breakfast. Day 3 is done. I've just eaten a raspberry and chocolate scan bran cake with fresh raspberries on the side. I might struggle tomorrow as we're out for lunch and cake for my birthday. I'm hoping ill still see a result on Thursday. I'm already feeling less bloated.
