    Weekend wanderers.

    Hi all, does anyone else struggle at the weekends? I had had a eeally good week this week and then ended up at an all uou can eat chinese buffet yesterday and today we ended up with a morrisons salad (dont let the word salad fool you lol) and beef stew in a giant yorkshire for dinner!

    So who wants to join me in making weekends more controlled?

    Hiya I'm exactly the same! I can be sooo good all week then the weekend hits! Not least because I support a man on a Sunday with my job and he likes to take staff to morrisons cafe for breakfast...and a cake... And then buys sweets for us all later on eek! X

    Yep I have my first weigh in today -eek! But whatever the result I will be more prepared as I've now ate the last of my Christmas chocolate and made loads of homemade soup! Good luck this week x

    Eurgh, I am the same, can be good all week and at the weekend I just eat. Unfortunately I live with a man who only has to look at salad to lose weight, so doesn't quite get that it takes me a lot of hard work "go on, it's only 1 little cake, it's not the end of the world" I hear every weekend, as he wants to me to be happy I know, but SO unhelpful!

    It really is hard isnt it! My hubby wants to lose weight but would rather play on his ps3 lol but he is tall so can pull off the weight that he is!

    I weigh on a friday and then again on the monday just to see what damage I have done and im usually 2lb up but im determined to be down some on this konday coming!! Xx

    Yep! My OH is just under 6ft, I'm only 5'3", if I was tall I'd be fine :P

    I weigh in Wednesdays but most days hop in just to check, seems to be going slowly at the moment though, need to up my exercise!

    I'm the same - although I sometimes have trouble during the week too!! I have been quite good last week and this one so far, so I feel like I am gaining a bit of control over my eating habits. I lost 3.5 on Monday now I feel really inspired to get another loss next week. But I do struggle at the weekend so I hope this thread will keep me on the straight and narrow and inspire me. Good luck to all.

    I wasnt too bad at the weekend but yesterday I totally went off the rails for some reason!!

    I may start weighing on a monday, might give me a good reason to stay good at the weekend!!
