There is a sticky for last years 3 month April - July challenge and it seemed really successful. For me having a similar one running might, hopefully, possibly mean target for the summer!!
We could run it from 1st April - 1st July 2014 and post our aspirational goal, hopefully watching it reduce as the weeks pass.
