    Hi Everyone

    I'm on a mission to try some new foods and different foods that I would never normally buy so wondered if anyone fancied a challenge where each week we choose something to try and can report back here what we think of it etc.

    Yesterday I purchased:

    Papaya
    Kiwi
    Pears
    Passionfruit
    Smoked haddock

    These are all foods which I've never tried apart from smoked haddock. I bought the haddock because fish is something I very rarely buy.

    So far I've tried the papaya & some pear.
    I cut it in half last night and had half cut into chunks with a Mullerlight yogurt poured over.

    I enjoyed it. Its lovely and sweet & very easy to cut as the skin is quite soft to cut through so sill definitely be having this again.

    Tofu is nice, you need to add flavours to it, but worth trying.

    I'm still undecided on my new food, I'm not shopping until next week so got time to sort something out.

    I bought some mixed pickled vegetables (Haywoods, on offer in Morrisons for 1 a bottle), which I thought might be an alternative source of Superfree. I also got some pickled eggs for adding to salads/picnics. Both are new to me.
