Know there are various May Challenges for losing so many lbs this month, but wondered if any one had any different ones? I'm going to try a no-carbs month & stick to red days for a weight loss boost. Also going to try a new LBT gym class every Tuesday this month.
May: +3lbs (off the wagon!)
June (so far...):

Long Term Goal: 8st 7lb
