Hi everyone. As we're coming toward the end of July, I thought I'd set up a new monthly challenge for August - please let me know if one has already been created elsewhere and I've missed it.
Anyway, it's nothing too fancy. If You want to take part, simply add your name (alphabetically so it makes it easy for us to find ourselves) to the list below, along with how much weight you would like to lose throughout August. Then, each week, copy and paste the most recent list and update your stats with the amount lost / left to lose.
I'll start us off. I'm aiming to get back to 10st 10lb before my Holiday at the beginning of September, which works out at around 3.5lb per week. I weigh in on a Monday so have four WI's this month. 4 x 3.5lb = 14. I guess I'm aiming for a stone off in August!
