Slimming World with 5:2
This week I decided that, in a bid to boost my losses in the run-up to my holiday (5 more weigh in's!), I would start to do a combination of Slimming World and the 5:2 diet.
I know there are others on here that also follow this concept, so I thought it might be a nice idea to start up a little thread where we can share ideas and also our results.
Today's my first fast day of the week, and my meals are going to be as follows:
B = Pineapple (60cals)
L = Tesco sweet chilli noodle salad with half a red pepper (162cals)
D = M&S "Count on Us" red Thai chicken curry with 25g (dry weight) brown rice (277cals)
Total calories = 499
Struggling, but never giving in!
Not currently attending a group or even weighing at home - focusing on just sticking to plan rather than getting obsessed with the numbers!

Has anyone got any good results doing this? I absolutely love SW but I have so many social things on in the next few weeks that I thought a fast day or two a week could help counteract the naughties!!! It would be good to hear if this has worked for anybody else and get some ideas of what people eat on fast days!
