Exercise bike challenge
As I am stuck in a rut, I am thinking of getting the exercise bike out and setting myself a challenge. I tried to Google something similar to the 0-5k and 5-10k running challenges, but I haven't had any luck! I'm going to try to put together my own timetable now, which will included weekly workouts, i.e. cycle 5k, increasing the distance and the odd cycle to burn 300 calories for fun measures.
Does anyone have any tips, or would like to join me in this challenge? x

When I was following the BUPA running plan (running is not my thing, and so failed on week 4), they advised you could shape up the days however you wanted, and if you, for example, missed the training on the tuesday, you could catch up and do it on another day.
I've just done the first 5k, and so I'll do another 5k tomorrow to be caught up! Hopefully I can finish this plan which will take us through to November, and hopefully slim legs for Christmas x
Yay! I think it will start to get really tough as the weeks go on, but will help having each other to motivate x
