On a mission to loose 3 stone by April! Who's with me?

Hello All,
I am on a mission to loose 3 stone by April.
I currently weigh 12.5 ish stone
(too scared to look) Also too scared to go to a club :eek:! I briefly weighed myself about 3 weeks ago so I'm possibly less now who knows... I've been on EE for 2 weeks (properly) and I feel better than I did so I know it's doing something haha! I've been eating SW dinners every day for around a 6 weeks now and now i'm on the full plan and sticking to it!
Could do with some motivation and someone to help me ease into this, who's with me?

Ill join you xx i started at 12st 10.5lbs but after 4 weeks ive lost 11.5lbs and am now 11st 13lb :) i am at a group as i need it to keep me going lol xx if you need any info just ask me x
 
I also would like to lose around 3 stone to get me into the 9s x
 
I want to lose 4 stone in total but 3 stone by April would be great - then gives me til Summer to shift that last stone ;) I'm with you!
 
I'm with you, just got into the 12s and also doing EE, loosing 3 stone by April would be amazing x
 
Am joining you ! Also not going to group , so will be good to get some support :)

I am also not going to group at the moment - this app is keeping me motivated at the moment! Think this is a good target to try to achieve!
 
I'll join you.....re-joined sw 2weeks ago weighing in at 13 s 5.5 lbs.....now i'm 13 on the nose. Weigh ins are weds evening....want to be 10s 7lbs by april. In it together ladies :)
 
With you but I have to lose by feb - let's do this hehe :)

Been for a lovely morning walk today with my dog just about to cook some Quorn sausages and scrambled egg for me and my partner! yumyum! :eek:
What exercise does everybody do need some ideas!? I can't run for 2 minutes without getting in a state haha!
 
Newbie here! I have 3 stone to lose by April/May time (bridesmaid in May). I have been doing SW online for 2 weeks now and already lost 8lbs. So another 2 and a half stone to go more or less. Not done a proper diet before so fingers crossed it will work :). Let's do it together!
 
I'm on your mission too! I've got about 4st to lose, and I want it gone around my birthday (may) or before the summer so I can have nice lovely clothes!!

I've got 1/2 stone off so far, I go to group every week because know from past experience if I try and go it alone I cheat.

Hopefully another stone off by xmas!! (Wishful thinking, but doable if I'm 100%!)

I can't run either, I thought signing up for a half marathon would make me train....it didn't, it just meant I suffered through 13.1 miles!!
I enjoy classes more, like body pump and boxercise, and loooove swimming! But have let it go a bit the last 6 months!

Hey ho!! As long as we wiggle our bums a bit more we'll get this weight off and keep it off too!!

I start at meetings tonight, so don't know my official weight yet but last time I weight myself I was 13.13 :(

3stone by April would be amazing!!!

Are you all doing it by SW alone or with exercise? I'm limited with exercise as I can't afford a gym membership and I have a toddler with me all day so i'm going to try and walk more with the pushchair and then do toning etc in the evenings when the kids are in bed.

Bless you! I would be the same! I have an exercise bike that currently is a little dusty it's time to get that out and do a little a day!! xx
 
I'm in too :) I'm joining on Wednesday so not sure exactly how much I weigh but I think I'm about 12.12-13 stone and would love to get into the 9's!!
 
I'm going to dig out the exercise bike and do that 20 mins a night to start off with and build myself up. I also can't really afford a gym membership. Great idea with the pushchair. The way I see it is a little is better than nothing and just work up from that:D
 
I'm trying to get a reasonable priced mini stepper I used to love my old reebok one :)
