Sounds good, I'm up for it :)

Heyy!

I'm in! I have the fit bit app on my phone, anyone can download from Android app store and I believe itunes has it aswell. I was looking at getting the Fitbit Flexi not had the dollar yet! I have managed to improve my steps but not hit 10k more than twice in a week yet! It is all tallied on my phone which probably isnt the most acruate!

But I'm up for the challenge! :) x

I'd love to join, I'm ok when I'm working do anything up 29,000 steps but when I'm off it's pitiful and really need to push myself on my days off x

Oh god that's amazing. My average is about 8500 a day, but I work in an office. How do you manage such a high step count! Think i'd have to walk in my sleep to reach that.!

I have a fitbug that I bought a week ago. The step count varies greatly from that on my phone and it seems I don't do as many steps as I thought. I'm actually surprised at how few steps I do considering I'm on my feet most of the day. I'm up for the challenge.

I have a fitbit flex, It's made me realise how much I do not move! My job is in front of a computer, then to the car, then to the sofa! lazy! Definitely up for joining. In fact just going for a walk now! :) happy saturday ladies xx

I run a night reception in a hotel and we do everything, fire and security walks, hoovering very large conference areas, foyer and offices, in this weather we grit the entire car park and footpaths and we litter pick the entire premises. On top of this we do room service, service drinks, deal with complaints and take things to rooms so in the course of the night we can clock up miles. Of course there are nights when we don't do as much x

Wow u are all doing so well I made it to 10k steps yesterday, put the extra steps down to cleaning and cooking for a dinner party SW style :)

i work from from home so my office is 5 steps from my bedroom and the only time I move is for rest room visits drinks and food so average 3k steps a day :(

weight in in tomorrow night so hope. The extra steps count, we never discuss exercise at group is this normal?

Can I join you???
I have a fitbit one & sometimes struggle to hit 8k steps, managing 10k just a couple of times a week.
I'm working towards my Bodymagic Bronze :)
At my group exercise gets discussed if it's been brought up by a member or someone has achieved a body magic award.

I need to get a fitbit flex, as I done 8000k on Saturday, but I cleaned the whole house top to bottom in my PJ's so didnt have my phone in my pocket to measure all them steps. Must have done 10k after the sweat I worked up cleaning. Will invest on the next pay day!

Had a quiet shift last night but still managed 11,815 steps yesterday and 10,124 so far today :D It works weird for me going midnight to midnight because I work nights the first part of my shift goes on one day and the majority goes on the next. I hoping I will another couple of thousand before midnight tonight x

I need a job like yours! I work at a desk for 8 long hours, used to be a stock manager walking all day. I miss it, my body misses it!
This summer I'm going to find me a new job!!!

Shameful 4.5k steps yesterday. Hoping after my op I can get out walking everyday and wont be so exhausted :(

Can i join you? I keep forgetting to have my pedometer on me and havent tracked anything for a coupleof weeks. Im aiming for10k a day ontop of any other exercise.

My husband thought i was mad last week when he came in and i was walking laps in the luving room trying to reach my target lol.

Is the fitbit app accurate? I have it but forget to turn it on, ive been using my little clicky one.
