Hiya. my target for January was 8lb and i managed to lose 10.5lb :D So for Febraury i would like to set another 8lb please.
 
I would like to set 8lb also done well in january and hope to do well again in feb xx

Id like 10.5 off that would give me my 3 stone award. Been to 2.5 before so 3 is a new award for me to get and its been along time since I got an award lol xx
 
hello! I'd like to join please, 4lb loss i'm looking for in February, a pound a week is my aim.

Although my eating has been attrocious this week, fish supper last night for no reason at all! Hoping I can pull it back before weigh in on Monday morning, 1lb off would be great :D

I started (again) on the 8th January and lost 11lbs in the three weeks :) I weigh in on Thursday mornings so have 4 weigh ins in February so will aim for 8lbs please :)
