Morning all....Well, I am very disappointed. STS this week. As usual stuck to plan 100%, but hey ho....will keep at it and see how I go.

Hi jus to let you all know I didnt go to wi on weds last week as I had flu and to be honest I ate stupid out of boredom and lack of control on food in house. However I did get back on track on thurs morning so hoping I can at least maintain with damage limitation I have done since thurs.
