Morning all....well I've lost the 2lbs that I gained last week, so a bit happy!
I would have loved to have lost more (Im sure Im not the only one that thinks that?!), but as its my star week and I normally gain, I think Im blooming lucky!!!

Well, I was pretty upset with my result this week... after all my hard work with drinking 2ltrs water a day, minimum of 5 speed and super speed foods a day, no alcohol etc... I lost a measley 0.5lbs! I nearly cried at the scales. That bad, I have had a blow out Sat / Sun / Mon! Am back on it tomorrow but don't have a WI this Sat as I am off to V Festival. So hopefully with all the dancing etc I will have a nice loss the week after. xx

Hi everyone, sorry I've been AWOL as past week but have picked up yet another bug/fluand I feel dreadful. Took it on Thurs night and am still feeling rough
(hubby says I look it too,nice
) ~ any roads I didn't WI on Friday and tbh not looking forward to this Friday as I don't have much of an appetite and when I do I just want comforting, stodgy food.

Hi, I'm sure I'm a bit late for August but can I be added to September's team? My husband has been great so far but now he has reached his target weight he's back to buying chocolate bars... I need some motivation... I don't go to a Slimming World group - there isn't one in Spain but I weigh in at home every Friday if that counts.

Challenge: Lose 30lbs for August
Hi everyone, its only a maintain for me this week I'm afraid, but its a lot more than I deserve. I'd been great all week till Saturday night. Made the mistake of going shopping when starving and bought dougnuts, cookies, cakes. Then got a takeaway, carried it on Sunday finishing the cakes etc.
I find it really hard now going shopping as OH always checks the marked down items, like fresh cream cakes for 20p etc. Whatever I do I always seem to go when I'm hungry, I really need to plan better this week!

Well done to all "losers" this week. Always mind that as long as the weight goes down - that is the right direction.And if there is a little gain, that and more will come off again, we all have been there

I lost 0.5 lb this week. It's the third week in a row I am not doing great (0.5 off, sts, 0.5 off). I was hoping for more as I stuck to the plan. Anybody having some advise? My consultant is not very supportive, the only advise I got was to reduce my syns.But I still have a lot to lose so don't want to cut down on my syns at this stage
. I still do a food diary on a daily basis and I am not cheating.
Don't get me wrong, I am still happy(ish) with a small loss but do hope for a better loss next week
Anyway, rant over. Hope you guys have a great week. Be good
