    Well sod the chippy I just ate a small pizza from pizza express + half a tube of pringles. While i enjoyed every single mouthful I am so disgusted with myself just told hubby I cant go out. for dinner tomorrow. He was less thsn impressed.

    Why am I still in bed?????? Have been awake for over an hour and just cant get my butt in gear this morning. Had breakfast in bed (branflakes milk banana and cup of tea) and now sitting here playing on the computer.

    The woman who bought the house is coming round at 4.30 to take some measurements etc so I need to clean the house do some shopping go to the bank and oh yeah do some packing.

    How was your night out Hannah? Were you somewhere exciting?

    What do you both put in your superspeed soup? Cant find my book and fancy giving it a try.

    hi kerry, I have been up from the crack of dawn I cant seem to sleep anymore,

    there is a recipe on here somewhere just search speed soup and it should come up, but its along the lines of

    1 x baked beans
    1 x tinned mixed beans (i get the one from sains its mixed beans salad with chilli suace)
    2 x parsnips
    2 x carrots
    leeks
    onion
    stock
    1x pepper
    salt and pepper
    put everything in a pot and cover with water

    sounds horrible but I have had it everyday this week for lunch and still really liking it lol

    I will try and find u on facebook just now, ano I like to put a face in who am talking to

    when do u weigh kerry, why not try weighing urself today see how well u have done, and then maybe go out for dinner but try and be as good as u can, cause u have done it before, then hubby will be happy and u will have ur night out.... dont worry to much cause am sure u have done fine x

    I went to see Calender Girls!!! Was awesome! This weekend I am going shopping for food and having an evening in, with homemade nandos (if we every go shopping for it!!). Cooking a roast dinner tomorrow and not sure what else I'm doing!! What about you guys?

    I also had images in my head about you two; Kerry thought of you as medium height and dark brown hair but with a fringe?? And Sue I thought of you as short (as your stats say) but with light brown hair and quite short hair too.

    I however am definately not blonde lol long brown hair, brown eyes, 5ft 9. Funny that you both thought of me as blonde! I'm faaaar from it lol Can't say I wear smart clothes either lol

    I don't have facebook, so no photos lol although I agree it would be interesting to see just how wrong we have been imaging each other

    Went to the gym this morning

    Need some inspiration for meals for this week, so far i've got spag bol (which will last two nights), roast dinner tomorrow, cooked breakfast, don't know what else to cook!!!???!!!!

    I saw calander girls last year and thought it was brilliant.

    Speed soup sounds awful lol but will give It a go.

    Sue you read my mind! I weighed myself this morning and STS which im happy enough with as I met my target for the month. Will still weigh In tomorrow though.
    Meal out not a problem now as we are not speaking after another huge fight last night. Apparently, even though we discussed it before agreeing to take the flat, Its now my fault that there is only permit parking outside the flat + he either has to pay for 9hrs parking or get up early to move the car elsewhere on his days off my marriage not to mention my sanity will be lucky to survive this move in one piece

    Lunch was a cheese + tomato sandwich with toffee mullerlight pear and satsuma.

    Hannah, my planning has gone to pot. Im using what I can find in the house at the moment to empty the freezer and cupboards.
    What about chicken wraps wuth stir fry veg or salad. I rwally enjoyed the ones i had the other night. Fried rice Is quick + easy to do with meat prawns or veg. Omelettes, I love sausage stovies at the moment.

    Why can I give you a list of food but cant think of a damn thing for myself. Typical.

    kerry I tried looking at ur pic but says that there is none there...

    well I went up to my mum and dad house today and done a total clear out of my old room

    I has speed soup and melon for lunch, dinner is s.w chips, beans and quorn sausages, no veg for dinner but will try and eat more melon or something after dinner, although think am ok for 3rd super free as soup is total veg

    Hannah sorry I cant think of anything either but u could add chilli, cumin and beans to ur spag bol and then it would kinda be like chilli con carne

    tomorrow am planning on chicken dinner, champ and veg yumyum i love champ

    oh god kerry that sounds like a nightmare about the parking, thats crap hopefully u can sort something out

    As for the parking, it didnt appear overnight he knew there would be problems but somehow thats my fault? No chance! He should grow up. Its only £70 for a permit for a year fir gods sake. Oh dont get me startedmad:

    Yes do bums and tums its great, agony, but great! Another good one is pilates, I went last year to pick up the basics then brought a dvd and am going to do it from home on a tuesday! That's good for your bum and tum too lol and so lovely and relaxing!

    Well I went to nandos last night as there was no time to marinate the chicken, and I was really good! Had the chicken from the burger (6 syns) and the spicy rice (9 syns), and that's it! I did go over my syns though as I didn't have sweetener in my porridge I had sugar, and I also finished off bfs spicy rice too, but it was only a little bit!!

    Going to re-take my measurements today, as I'm on week 4 of being good! Weigh in in an hour! Got my fingers crossed! Making a roast dinner today and a cooked breakfast! Will let you know how weigh in goes!

    WI: sts. I'm delighted with that as I know I havent been 100% this week. I also took my measurements when I got back on track at the start of the month and did them again today. I need to redo them coz I just dont believe the results. I have done pretty much no exercise (other than looking after the kids and snail pace walks with Cj) but if i'm right then I have lost about 1 inch off my waist and hips, and 1.5 inches off my thighs & bum. Can this be right just through diet?????

    Right now i'm typing this on my laptop but mostly I use my phone (explains the typo's). Last night I wrote a massive thread basically just a huge rant about OH and how I was ready to tell him to get stuffed. I was just boiling mad with him.
    Anyway, after spending nearly 20 mins typing on the phone (not an easy task for me, I hate touch screen phones) the bloomin phone died on me and I lost the whole message. I was not amused so I went storming through to the kitchen, grabbed the other tube of pringles and sat down with the intention of stuffing my face. I put 3 pringles in my mouth and started to chew when I suddenly thought what the hell am I doing. You will be so proud of me: I spat them out and put the rest away!!!!!!!!! I dont want to mess up what I have achieved this month just because OH is being a complete twat. That was my achievement not just for the day but for the whole weekend

    Decided to take an hour off today and go have coffee with my friend. Needing a bit of chill time. did I tell you that I have booked to go to this big posh spa for my 40th birthday for the weekend? We are going to have a look at the treatments available ( and start saving coz its about £40 just for a manicure and hand massage type thing). I desperately want to have some reflexology which is £60 annd maybe 1 other thing. Fortunately my parents have said they will pay for accommodation so I only have to pay for the treatments.

    Also planning to make a huge batch of butternut & sweet potato soup for lunch. Too risky not having something to take with me this week as I eat rubbish when i'm stressed (just look at Friday night). Apart from 2 or 3 dinners which are casseroles or bolognese I think it will be a green week as i have no money to buy more food. I hate this feeling of being poor but renting the flat has cost a small fortune what with deposits rent then money to hire a van to move and we need to pay to have some parking spaces blocked off for moving. Thankfully I get paid again in 3 weeks time lol.

    well done kerry thats fab, your measurements are pron right cause u have lost half a stone which by the way is amazing

    woohoooo go u on not eating the pringles, I on the other hand had a flump last night and a drum stick lolly lol I just needed some sweet but that was all I had resisted the choc and crisps that gary had which I was proud of

    today has been ok I cleaned house top to bottom so hopefully burned off some of the lolly from last night lol

    today am making roast chicken dinner, with champ yum yum cant wait

    oh god kerry that is a nightmare about the thread that u had written i hate when that happens lol

    Hannah how did u get on at wi? well done you at being good at nandos, for me that would have been easy am not a fan on nandos dunno why just didnt like it when we went lol

    me and gary havent been out for dinner in ages, wonder should I suggest we do that this weekend lol I will see how weigh in on tuesday goes first lol

    I've messed up big time. Lost 3lbs this week, but I've eaten rubbish all day. My grandad had his first ever stroke yesterday, but he just had another one. So I'm up the hospital, I'll check in tomorrow probs! Hope everyone is ok!!!

    So far today has been good porridge + fruit for breakfast butternut squash soup + bread. for lunch + am going to have some supernoodles for dinner before we pick up the keys for the flat
