I've gone up to week 6 with 7 being in progress, unfortunately the past few weeks I haven't been able to do anything so I am gonna redo week 6, hopefully I can hack it.     Hi everyone. As promised (threatened) I went out for a run today after a 6month break from it and LOVED it! Completed 4.19km in 30 mins. Very happy with that. Ran from start to finish and faster than most of my runs from last may when I was completing.
