ok i am up for this
but you have to be gentle with me cos i am going from little exercise !!!!
Not a major target for the first go, but one i hope will be achievable so going with 10 hours which is 20 mins a day. sorry its so low but i am truly starting from sparodic exercise ie an hour a week

Ultimate Goal
Hey hun- yes you can join in- the more the merrier
all you need to do is decide how many hours of exercise (can be anything from gym/swimming/zumba to wii fit or walking) you want to challenge yourself to do
Hours is better- since everyone will be doing different exercises, so a time challenge is better than, say, a distance one.
Just copy the most recent list and add yourself to it with your target for the month![]()

I walk for 6 hours a week walking to school/work/chilminders if I can resist the bus
I plan to do a Zumba class on a Wednesday
I plan to do Pump it up workout at home on a Monday and Friday.
Its going to be tough but I need to get in shape for this Mexican holiday next year
Already had a bad start by getting the bus to work but from now on I'm walking everywhere that time allows me to.

Going to join in on this. Have planned to do 2 Zumba classes a week but apart from that I barely get up off the sofa. Will try walking at lunchtimes which ives been doing recently and will try to do more in the evenings.
