I compare myself with my former self, not with others. Not only that, I tend to compare my current self with the best I have been
Ok, had a half lb gain last night, seriously in need of a kick up the ass!! Need to up this exercise big time, been getting very lazy the last few weeks... Came home last night and did the shred in total frustration!

Hi. I started off at 11st 12lb and now at 10st 13lb (so only just make it into this group!)
I'm determind to:
a) not go back to being in the 11st group
b) lose another stone and get into shape
I've hit a brick wall now though as I'm struggling to lose any more. I even put on 1lb this week. I'm going to join SW next week so I hope that will give me the extra push I need.

Lost 2lb today finally!!!! Takes me to 10st9. My pre Christmas weight. The lightest I've been for ages!! Changed from SW to calorie counting for a while and it seems to have done the trick!!![]()
