Advice switching from EE to R and G days
Hi everyone :)
So i did so well to start loosing 1 Stone in 5 weeks, I then had a pretty bad Weekend of lots of alcohol and a BBQ, I went straight back to my diet on the Monday which was 2 weeks ago but have put 3 pounds back on :eek:.
I have stuck to optimising and hitting the gym and swimming this past week but still don't seem to be moving back lower.
I have a holiday in 10 weeks and would love a body to be proud of!! I am thinking about trying red and green days.
Do you have any tips? Recipes? Ideas to get back on track?
