Coming back to the slimming world plan as a boost. I've been using myfitnesspal and going to the gym 6 days a week since January and the weight is steadily shifting. However I've plateaued and not really lost for over a month now, plus calorie counting limits certain foods for me... Such as pasta... Which i love!
Soooooo I have dig out the old slimming world books and though I'd do the extra easy plan for a week or two and try to kick start myself back into losing. But I don't have membership and I live in Saudi Arabia so the book of branded stuff I have is no longer useful!! So I was thinking if going syn free to save trying to work syns out!!
Is this ok? Is there a calculation to work syns out?
