Looking for Weight Loss Buddies

Hi all

I'm back on the weight loss wagon again for another go but I know I fail where I lose motivation so was hoping to find a few chums on here where we can encourage each other and help to keep on track :eek:

Any takers :D
 
Count me in been off plan for 3 months and bad habits plus Xmas has seen me gain 11 lb need to get that off before I can tackle anymore.

What plan do you follow?
 
I will join in. I tend to do ok for a week or two then say sod it, but not this time. I have actually gone back to meetings so hoping that will keep me going. X
 
We can do it together it's really important to have support. Mock ridge I gained 11lbs too , I feel your pain. I'm trying to get my head around sp but i mainly do ee

I follow ee have researched the new plan (doing it from home) but maybe will use it if I start sticking. Never found the need to do the old success express which sp seems to have replaced so will stick with ee which I love.

Hi, I would love some slimming world buddies.... I was doing so well and was only a couple of pounds away from my 3stone award, that was about 18 months ago, until I had issues with my consultant and left due to feeling used and hurt - kind of cut my nose off to spite my face I guess. Anyway, I have since put on over 2 stone :eek: I am back in my "fat" clothes which are also now getting tight and it is time to get serious about this and get back on the wagon.

I am off to a different group, near work, this evening and hoping I can stay focused this time.

Not looking forward to it!

Hi Hannah take today as a fresh start. We all do it not that the plan doesn't work just so easy to get back in bad habits. I get lazy when not on plan but am really enjoying my food this week which makes me think why do I stop.
You lost it before so you can do it again.

What day is weigh in for everyone?

I joined a Saturday morning group last weekend, but this week I'm weighing on a Friday and next week a Thursday.. But after that it will be a Saturday. Think I joined in the worse month for me as weekend away and a holiday, but it needed to be done. X
 
Friday for me. Only started Monday so not a full week on plan but happy just to be on track.
Sookie you done the right thing by not waiting to start every good day counts even if you loosen up when you're away.

Went to sw meeting most of last year and lost a stone but have since I left put it all back on again! Grrr
So... A fresh start for 2015, just following the plan at home at the moment to see how that goes.

Friday for me. Only started Monday so not a full week on plan but happy just to be on track. Sookie you done the right thing by not waiting to start every good day counts even if you loosen up when you're away.

If I hadn't if done it now, it would have been put off and put off, and before you know it is have more weight to lose. X
 
Hi I would love to join you all. I am back on plan after a fall off a year ago. I am not going to go to class and just using my own books and weighing in every Thursday at home. I could go to the local class but cant stand meeting people out and about and asking about how your doing etc. I lost 6lbs this week so I am very happy with that. I weigh in every Thursday. My usual routine is very good for 4 weeks lose at least a stone and then week 5 it goes down hill. Its like I press a self destruct button.

Hannah2 I understand the "fat clothes" issue, I am down to two pairs of black trousers(work) and two pairs of jeans for home. I will not buy any more fat clothes. I hope the new group worked out well.
 
I am new to this group and am looking for a buddy. I have lost 1 and a half stone so far, need to lose another half a stone to a stone.. Not too sure what to do on this group so I'm sorry if I dunno how to reply or know when I have a message :)
