Morning all, well i weigh at home and have to say thrilled the excersise must have paid off down 2.75lb:D

have hit over my half stone mark
delighted :bliss:

ya i know it def is all in the head meaning when your focused your focused, ive done so many diets over the years, i lost 2 stone on ww, lost 3 stone twice on lipotrim and put it + some back on, my brother lost 5 stone just through healthy eating and excerise and but 3 stone of it back on, so i honestly beleive unless your mind is on it you cant do it :)

so best of luck to us all sticking it :)

BTW what does the quote in your signature mean - 'sometimes your the pigeon, sometimes your the statue'. Been puzzled by that for ages. Can anyone explain (bit dim lol!)?

it means some days you do the poop! on someone, some days you get pooped on !!! dunno why i like it nothing to do with weight loss :( just liked it :eek:

Well done Nicolas, that is a fab loss!

I think you're right about your mind being on it. I've joined and re-joined Weight Watchers a million times (not exaggerating - honest!) over the years and don't think I've ever lost more than 10lbs and each time you join you weigh more than the last time you joined.

I've never done SW before and joined last week, first WI last night and was really disappointed to only lose 2.5lb. I know it's off and not on but was really hoping for a massive loss in the first week that some seem to get. I will keep at it though and seem far more focused and determined than I have ever been on any other diet.

My motivation is my kids. I don't want to not do things with them while they are young (9 and 5) because I was overweight. These years with them are precious and don't want to waste them as I can't turn back time to do things I wish I had when they were younger!

Right, now I've got my moping about over with, onwards and downwards. Happy dieting and good luck to all.

Ah don't be disharnted I only lost :75 on my first week but really am looking at it as a change of lifestyle the kids are living the stirfrys etc stick with it ;) when do u weigh again
 
Thanks for the encouragement.

Don't WI now til next Monday night. I will stick with it 100% this week again and hope for a HUGEEEE loss next week, if not huge, a couple of pounds will be nice.
