I weigh in friday quite early at 06.30 am. I always tend to stay the same but I do tend to over snack. What times do others weigh at. i used to weigh on Monday's at 7pm when I went to group. Thinking to change the day since its by the problem zone of weekend.
I was doing it on mondays but if i have been naughty over the weekend i DREAD weighing myself on a mon. So fri it is
