Hi,

I started SW on Tuesday - so far been tricky, but am sure i just need to get into the swing of things. I've been through my optimising book and written myself a shopping list, so gonna haul myself off to ASDA or Morrisons tonight in search of FREE food, (be nice if it was cash free too lol). I'm starting off as simply as possible, using my healthy extras as cereal for the morning and cheese with my pasta dinners. Any tips on having a great week without splurging too much would be great, and some ideas on what a normal day looks like for you would definitely be much appreciated.

I've just come off the Cambridge Diet, as i have a lot of weight to lose, but found myself feeling guilty everytime i ate something, so thought i'd try SW and just try and put myself in the mindset of 'it doesn't matter how long it takes to come off as long as it comes off'.

It would be great to have a buddy or two to help me through the rough days, please message me, look forward to chatting soon.

Danielle

:hug99:Hiya cheekydannii, welcome to this excellent forum. You will find you get a lot of support, a few laughs along the way, and most importantly......... loads of information and nice recipes. First of all which plan do you intend to follow, or are you going to mix them all. You can mix them ie ee, red and green but the important thing is that you keep to the same plan for the whole of the day. I myself do mostly red day, with a couple of green during the week. I do this because I have a bit of a prob with veg and on the ee plan you have to fill your plate with 1/3rd superfree foods at every meal, ie veg really. You must be going to group if you have a Food Optimising book, study all your literature and ask any questions you like! I will be only too willing to help you cant guarantee I know all the answers, but I will certainly try.

hi Dannii, im just rejoined last week, i lost 2 stones in about 4-5 months last yernd stupidly left before target for work. it all came back on sadly. im following green as im a vege, i find using a cooked omlette for breakie is better as it dosnt use your healthy ex up first thing or yoghurt with a banana and a cut up hifi is nice for breakfast
