I'm a loser
Had my first weigh in Tuesday 17th January and I lost 7 and 1/2 lbs! :D

Can't believe I am eating so much yummy food and lost that amount of weight! Hoping for at least 2 lbs next week

Lots of fruit and veg to fill me up...plus chicken, rice, pasta. I even had a roast beef dinner (syn free all except for the little bit of gravy and used 3 syns for a yorkshire pudding :))

Never had more than 7 syns in a day and some days no more than 3-4.

Really enjoying the diet as it doesn't feel like I am dieting at all.
