Um so mad! I put in 1/2 a pound last night and have done everything buy the book. Done a food diary and never gone over 10 syns a day. Please help me guys I'm so upset with it. I left the meeting came home and ate bloody chocolate so feel even worse today. Xx
Are you near TOTM? Don't be disheartened, sometimes the number on the scale doesn't reflect it. I remember i had a week like this when i first did SW and i'd gained yet i'd been 100%. Had a massive row with consultant as she was saying you can't have etc yet i knew i had. Next week i lost 5lbs, sometimes just takes a while to catch up x stay focused - it will catch up x
I put on half a pound too (when I weighed in on saturday) yet I did it the same as the last 3 weeks. I just decided that this week is a new week, forget out it, and hopefully get it back off again this week. Don't let it get you down, the more you dwell on it the harder if find it is to lose weight (from past experience)
