thank you Dawn for coming to say hello, I have cut down not been on it 100% easing in for next week :) did enjoy the gym. work at home after 11.5 hour some times to tied to go, need to make myself go more 3 times a week I'm aiming for :) wow you had a fantastic weight loss last week well done xx

Yes it was a good loss, but I did gain 9lbs the week before! It's the way I am unfortunately...I gain and lose so quickly! I'm a typical yo-yo dieter!

I found going to the gym made a massive difference to not only my weightloss but also how my body looked and how I felt. It really kept me motivated and I could see such a change in my shape. Three times a week is perfect I think. I'm definitely going back x
 
I like Turkish delight, and loved the new muller light! heaven ....and there free could only get 4 :(

2 400g whole meal bread (6)Celeriac leek soup Muller light, melon


So juicy chicken (2)Air dried veg – carrots courgettes, sweet potato onions mushrooms, parsnips huge salad
Melon, grapes Muller light

Breakfast HE/B 35g All-bran melon

Lunch carvery -Roast potato (2) sprouts, beans, carrots, peas, Gravy (3)


Pasta n sauce Broccoli cheese (0.5) bacon, red and yellow pepper




total syns 5.5 :)

1 1/2 hours at gym :)

Well done on keeping up with the gym x

I'm afraid I think the 'edit my signature' stays on your page permanently. It's on mine too x
 
First WI since July 2012, hope theres not much difference in the scale, what will be will be lol
