    First weigh in.....

    So after feeling so nervous and fixed that I wouldn't have lost any weight, had my first weigh in tonight and lost 6.5 pounds!!!! Am feeling rather chuffed and shocked, this is just what I needed after worrying I was eating all wrong and too much! May just have to convert all my friends to sw now
