    I thought I'd report my weekly losses for 2013 on here if that's okay?

    7th Jan - 0.8lbs off - a little disappointing for my first week back on plan, if truth be told I could have tried a lot harder.
    February 2013
    WK 1 - 1.8lbs lost

    January 2013 - 3.4lbs lost
    2012 - 14lbs lost
