I joined the British Heart Foundation website and received a News letter and they send me information every month re: looking after your health and your heart. The first month they sent a good info pack and a really nice tape measure.. it has different degrees of measurments to show if you are obese or not. Anyway I measured my self the first SW week and I have lost inches which has inspired me more than losing the 1.5 lbs in the first week. I can see just where I have lost weight and cant wait to get into the "black" instead of the glaringly colored red for obese! Its really helpful.
