    Help ive put on 1lb!!

    I had my first sw weigh in on Tuesday and I lost 4.5lbs (I weighed myself when I got home so I could check my scales was the same and it was) anyway I weighed myself today and I've put in 1lb I admit I got complacent when I saw how much weight I'd lost and I went over on my syns but my next weigh in is in 4days, do you think it's possible to rectify this? I'd love to try lose 2lbs so I'll be 1lb down from my official weigh in.. What you think?

    Don`t worry about it these things happen. Carry on with the plan and try not to weigh yourself during the week. All cales are different.

    I can't see why it can't be rectified if you stick with the plan for the next four days. These things happen.

    I agree with GrannieAnnie though, you should try not to weigh yourself during the week, although I understand how tempting it is! Good luck at your next weight in.

    2. Get into the 12's - stones that is, not clothes unfortunately! DONE 10/01/13

    7. Lose 2st DONE 07/05/13

    9. Into the 10's
