    New to SW :)

    I started my journey on the 3rd January, and on my first weigh in (10 Jan) I had lost 7lb which I was pretty impressed with. I have a lot of weight to lose so fingers crossed I stay on track xx

    Just had my second weigh in with sow and lost 4lbs if anyone has got any tips to shed the pounds quicker I would be great full definitely wanna get my half stone next week!
