    REWARD STICKERS

    I have got some of my own "sparkly Reward stickers" so that when I lose 7lb I can stick it in my paper diary/on the fridge.... just a quick idea for motivation!

    Dont upset me otherwise I will EAT YOU!! I am dieting!!

    Week 11: Lost ALMOST 1LB. 12.5LB
    Week 12: Lost 1lb. Total 13.5LB. that little 1/2lb to my 1st stone is very elusive!
    Week 13: Lost 3/4lb... 14.5lbs total... got to my FIRST STONE!!!!!!
    Week 14: Same.... at least it didnt go up!
    Week 15: Same
    Week 16: Same..
    Week 17: Same
    Week 18: Same
    Week 19: gain 2lb.
    Week 20: lost 1lb

    I am very OCD about keeping my diary. I log everything in it; food I ate that day, things I have to do, dates, appointments, information to remember for work, recipes I've found etc. And I think that this might help! I might use stickers in there to remind me the days that I hit specific weight loss targets and hopefully if I get demotivated, I can look back and see how well I've already done Good idea!

    Summer Challenge: Lose 17.5lbs by June 19th - 10lbs to go
    PGCE Panic Challenge: Reach 15st by September 4th (PGCE start date) - 20lbs to go
