so last night I had my second weigh in, and I was excepting to put on as I had gone off plan, I was ill for 2 days last week an the though of anything was making me queezy the only thing I could handle was white bread so I had 2 slices one day and 2 the other, i continued with the plan but then had a naughty meal with the OH Friday at frankie an bennies an had PIZZA! Then tgis with my friends the next night with loads of cocktails (worth it but not good for sw)
however I still lost 1.5 pounds last night... I suppose its because in general I have cut down so much but this week I am going to religiously stick to the plan as I dont want my naughtiness to sort of be carrired to the next week an put on then.. Does that make sense?!
I'm also going to cut put bread altogether this week. Wish me luck.
