    Weigh in - 2nd week !!

    I put on half pound this week :-( that's the one I lost last week. Think it likes me too much that it keeps coming bk!!! Well next week it has better bugger off!!!

    That's the spirit. It is hard but the more you do it the more it becomes 'normal' to you, you do get used to it!! Good luck hun

    Thanks huni .... I am hopin I hv a loss this week or I will cry!! I hv bought myself scales and know roughly what I am on them. I will judge thru the week how I am doing lol xx

    If you go to group, the worse thing you can do it buy yourself a set of scales as you will want to weigh constantly and they don't always match up to the SW ones so you may weigh yourself on your scales and it say you lost 5lb for example but when you go to group you could be disappointed and vise versa.
