    2nd Weigh in today and i lost another 3lb

    week 1 - lost 12lb
    week 2 - lost 3lb

    total so far 15lb

    Wk 1 - 4 = 19.5lbs
    Wk 5 - 8 = 8.5lbs off
    Wk 9 - 2lbs off
    Slimmer of the week = 20/02/2013
    Reached Club 10 = 13/03/2013
