    First weigh in!!! HELPP

    It was my first weigh in at slimming world ! Only lost half a pound!!

    I'm absolutely gutted as I stuck to plan all week had a few syns here and there! Has any one else experience this ? I need some feed back ?

    Personally no but I know a few who done this but had a huge loss the second week. Did you hand a food diary in to your consultant?


    Mini Goal 1-Lose 7 Lbs COMPLETE
    Mini Goal 2- Lose 1 stone
    Mini Goal 3- Lose 1 and a half stone
    Mini Goal 4- Lose 2 stone

    No I could not stay but I have a full food diary and wrote everything down so hopefully it will pay off next week ideas just so upset about it

    I was disappointed with my week 1 results as well but all loss is good loss and people have said that if you have a smaller loss in week you usually see a bit more results in week 2. You also need to remember that free food doesn't mean you can eat loads and loads, you have to stop when you're satisfied, not stuffed. This is the bit I'm still struggling with. I make tasty meals with 1/3 super free but portion size is still an issue.
