Hello everyone!
I started slimming world from home last week and finally got my head around the plans, I think its wonderful. Definatly don't feel like I'm on a diet! I am so chuffed as I have lost.... 6 POUNDS!!
Not sure if im sticking 100% though, counting all my syns but don't think Im eating enough superfoods..
Looking forward to reading everyones posts xx
