6 weeks in and starting to lose my uummmfffff.
I joined SW 09/01/13 and had a few amazing first weeks. 8.5lb loss, 3lb loss, 3.5lb loss, 5lb loss. Then had a 1.5lb gain. This week swang it back with a 6lb loss. Now im struggling though as theres only so many times you can eat chicken and rice, spag bol, stir frys. Anyone got some ideas for quick simple dinners? Im getting along fine with egg breakfasts but losing interest in dinner, and am starting to snack after dinner again. Greatful for any tips. Thanksssssss.

Hi, how about a low syn korma? Fry onion, chicken and mushrooms in frylight with curry paste, take off the hob and add a coconut mullerlight. Have a look through the recipes on here. I recommend the sausage, bacon and baked bean casserole in Pete's recipes. I just had this with loads of veg and roasties cooked in a stock cube. Good luck x
