    Flabbergasted.....I got Slimmer of the Week!
    I'm so delighted with a 3.5lb loss. Granted I've been poorly but I've stuck to plan and felt I'd done well but at weigh in number 5 I'm happy for a regular 1-2lb loss from here til target.
