Week 4 - No Loss - STS - 11.13.8Week 5 - Loss = 2lb - Current weight 11st.11.8 - Week 6 - Loss = 1.2lb Current weight 11st.10.6
Week 7 - NO Loss!!!! - STS - Current weight 11st.10.6Week 8 - STS - Getting very bored! - Current weight - 11st.10.6

This can be due to new exercise i had a perfect week a few weeks ago it was defo at least a 4lb week but cause it was new and my body wasnt used to it i only lost 1lb x

Onward & Downward
Month 1 = 18lbs off
Month 2 = 14.5lbs off
Month 3 = 11lbs off
Month 4 = 10.5lbs off
Month 5 = 11lbs

I know exactly how you feel! I started an exercise dvd recently and when i went to group thursday night i had put on half a pound! My consulatany did say it was probably due to starting a new exercise regime as your body holds on to water. I was so upset though and it has put me off doing my dvd again :/ xx
