Feeling the strain
I've been doing extra easy for two weeks now I lost 3lb in my first week and only 1lb in my second.
Feel like its not a lot compared when I last did it.
Arghh so hard to keep up the motivation when you get a little let down with your weigh in :( xxx
Have you got much to lose? What do you eat in a typical day ?
I do extra easy and love it. I tend to stick to the recipes out of the SW magazine or off here and so far I've lost 3lb, 2lb, 3lb.
I started at 11st 3lb and would like to be between 9 and 9st. 7lb. I'll decide the exact weight when I am nearly there!
Anyway chin up.
It's hard not to compare your weightloss to the last time but it's a clean slate and this time will be different as you will reach your target and stick to it!! Xx
